• Develop a Preliminary Plan. We assemble all your steps into a plan and again, we review the plan with you.

• Create the Baseline Plan. Once the team and any other stakeholders give their feedback on the preliminary plan, we adjust timelines and work schedules to fit the project into the available time, and make any necessary adjustments to the preliminary plan to produce a baseline plan.

• However, if the limits placed on a project are simply unrealistic, our project manager will state his position and case and present it to you, and request that the limits be changed. • Document Everything. We document every move.....every time we change from the baseline plan, we write down what the change was and why it was necessary. Every time a new requirement is added to the project we write down where the requirement came from and how the timeline or budget was adjusted because of it.

• We Keep Everyone Informed. We keep all the project stakeholders informed of progress throughout the project, including each milestone completion, and any problems. Our team is also kept informed. We make sure everyone on the team is aware of what everyone else is doing. Communication is crucial to success.
